CAN I COME TAKE A TOUR OF THE SPACE?
Of course! We’d love to show you around the distillery and talk through details of your event. Fill out an inquiry form to get started and we will reach out to you to schedule a visit. Tours of the space are available Tuesday – Saturday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE SPACE?
Rental timeframes are discussed during the booking process. We find that many corporate outings take place for 3–4 hours during the day, while weddings, birthday parties, and reunions are commonly scheduled from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.

WILL YOU RESERVE MY DATE?
Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak season, we highly recommend reserving 6 months to 1 year in advance. Your date is officially booked once a signed contract and deposit are received.

ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED?
Yes, with some flexibility! Augusta Distillery provides existing on-site furniture, including two couches, barrel tabletops, a variety of leather and wooden chairs, bar seating, and rustic bar stools.
In total, we can comfortably seat about 75 guests. We also have folding tables that can be arranged as needed. Linens are not provided.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT CATERING AND EVENT SETUP?
Outside catering is welcome. Please note that the distillery is open to the public Wednesday – Saturday until 5:00pm, and event setup may begin after that time.
If additional setup time is required, we’re happy to discuss special arrangements if they do not interfere with guest experience.
Food trucks may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

DO YOU PROVIDE BAR PACKAGES?
Yes! We offer customizable bar packages featuring Augusta Distillery bourbon, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
Our team will work with you to design a package that fits your event style and guest count. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS?
Yes! We have an open vendor policy which allows you the flexibility to bring in vendors that best align with your budget and vision.
We’re also happy to share a list of trusted local vendors we’ve worked with in the past.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN DECORATIONS?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring or arrange your own décor to personalize your event.
For safety, open flames are not allowed and décor may not be hung on chandeliers.
Glitter, bubbles, silly string, fog machines, confetti, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
All décor must be removed by 11:00am the following morning.

WILL THERE BE AUGUSTA DISTILLERY STAFF ONSITE?
Yes! A team of 3–4 Augusta Distillery staff members will be onsite throughout your event.
You will also be provided with a dedicated day-of contact.

WHERE IS PARKING?
Complimentary parking is available around the building and across the street.
Any vehicle left on the property more than 24 hours after an event may be subject to towing.

CAN I ADD GUIDED TOURS OF THE DISTILLERY TO MY EVENT?
Yes! For an additional cost, guided distillery tours and tastings can be added to your event depending on availability and group size.
This is a great way to elevate your event experience.

DO YOU HAVE NOISE LIMITATIONS?
No major concerns here, we’ve never had an issue.

ARE YOU HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! The building is accessible with no steps at the entrance.
