HOW DO I CANCEL / CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
You can cancel or change the date of your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Click on your booking ID number in your confirmation email and you will see the details of your order. Go to “edit” at the bottom of that page to change your date or number of people attending. If you need to cancel your reservation, go to the “more” option and click “cancel booking.” You can also contact us at tours@augustakydistillery.com if you have any questions.

ARE LATE ARRIVALS PERMITTED? WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE THE TOUR TIME?
Tours go every hour on the hour and late arrivals can affect other guests’ experiences. To keep this schedule moving for all guests, it is important that we start tours on time. We suggest that you plan to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your scheduled tour to allow time for the unexpected.
We do recognize that sometimes things happen that we can’t control. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible at 888-592-6872 (leave a message if we don’t answer) to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the next tour is not full, we may be able to have you join that one.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON TOUR? WHAT ABOUT MY SERVICE ANIMAL OR PET?
Our Experiences are for guests 21+. We do allow guests under 21 in the Buckners Landing area and other parts of the distillery open to the public.
Pets are allowed in the Buckner's Landing area. We reserve the right to ask pets to be removed if they are not well-behaved or pose a threat to anyone.

IS YOUR TOUR ADA ACCESSIBLE? DO YOU OFFER SCRIPTS OR OTHER OPTIONS FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED?
We now have an ADA ramp into the Thieving room and Neider Room and wheelchair lift to the cook area

DO YOU SERVE COCKTAILS?
Yes, We offer individual pours, flights, and cocktails in our tasting room, no reservation required.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT OR EVENT SPACE ON SITE?
Augusta Distillery does not have a café or restaurant onsite. We can host events for up to 50 people and coordinate locally catered offerings. We highly recommend the Beehive Augusta Tavern for your local culinary experience.

SAFETY
We strive to create an environment of mutual respect and enjoyment for all! No abuse, foul language or any mistreatment of our staff or other guests will be permitted. Any violations will result in immediate dismissal from the property, and potential criminal charges, if applicable.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations are recommended if you want to do a tour. We allow walk-ins, however if our tours are fully booked when you arrive you may not be able to do a tour at that time. If you want to guarantee a tour date/time, we recommend making reservations.

Do we offer Gift Cards?
Physical Gift Cards are available on-site and Experience Vouchers are available on our website for the River Proof Barrel Experience, Production Tour Experience, and Rolling on the River cigar Experience.

What bourbon is available at the distillery?
Our 2-year, 4-year, and 6-year bourbons are only available at the distillery. We also offer our Old Route 8 and Buckner's 10, along with limited offerings of special barrel picks throughout the year.

How much do you charge for private events?
Costs vary depending on the number of guests, time on-site and staffing requirements. Please call 888-592-6872 or submit a contact form and our Guest Experience Manager will contact you to discuss details.
